Stink
Stink Ex 7:18 And the fish that [is] in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.
stink 'bash' באש - in ב man אש
That which is in man is stinking. All our works are as filthy rags.
Those living in the word are killed by the word. The fish die. The sin of man is revealed. The water is turned to blood (life).
Those in the flesh (Egyptians) do not wish to participate in the life of Christ.
