± Eph1:3 ¶ Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ: Discussion

Blessed be the God
God and Father
Lord Jesus Christ []

'Lord' in the Hebrew is 'Yahweh' יהוה. It is not merely an acknowledgement that we serve him and he is the master. It indicates that he is the master because he is God who revealed himself as "I am". [1] This is missed if the Greek is not translated to Hebrew for correlation.

  1. ± Ex 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
Blessed us
All spiritual blessings
Heavenly
In Christ
