Zep 1:12-13

v1: At the time of Christ, Christ will judge Israel by the holiness of the Son of Man. He will punish the lazy watchmen (leaders of Israel) who say that God won't do anything. ^[1]

v2. They will be made desolate, a probable reference to the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D. ^[2]
