2nd Book

God wants everyone to know him. As he wrote to us how he created everything, he told us about himself, not about the universe. We learn a little about God from stars and stones. But we learn more about him from what he says about stars and stones. [1] See “Eat Learn This Book”.

He created everything else before he created the first man. He gave the first man, and you. the ability to learn by imitation. You learn by doing things that you see others do. This is why he told us not to imitate some things that we observe in animals. See “ELTB Bad Birds” and “ELTB Creepy Crunchies”.

First he set the stage for man. Some people think he took a very long time to prepare the stage; even billions years. Some people think he did it in six days because he listed six days of creation and a day of rest.

But God said he created it in one day. [2] How can there be seven days in one day? Maybe we don’t know what a day is. Let’s begin at the beginning.
