Aleph א God spoke and created the heavens and the earth

Aleph א God spoke and created the heavens and the earth []

Discussion

The aleph א is a diagonal vav with two yods. The yod represents the creation, but there are two of them. We discern that when there are two things, they are two aspects of one thing. "Heaven and earth" are two aspects of one creation. [1]

  1. ± Ge 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

As you draw the aleph, first draw the vav saying "God spoke and created...". When drawing the two yods say, "the heavens... and the earth." [1]

Recall that when we learn language, the same thing is said in many ways to help us understand the idea. The aleph represents creation by separation. As you draw it, you can say several things which represent the idea of the aleph.

God spoke... and created the heavens and the earth. [1] [2]
The spirit hovered... on the face of the waters. [3] [v 1]
The firmament... divided the waters above and below. [4]
There was a war... between heaven and earth [5]
God separated... Holiness and Love [6]
  1. ± Ge 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
  2. God spoke to create 10 times in Genesis 1
  3. ± Ge 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
  4. ± Ge 1:6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
  5. ± Ro 8:7 Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. [{the carnal … : Gr. the minding of the flesh }]
  6. ± Ge 1:4 And God saw the light, that [it was] good: and God divided the light from the darkness. [{the light from … : Heb. between the light and between the darkness }]

Aleph - one, one thousand []

The number value of the aleph is 1, but it's name aleph means 1000. [1]

Day yom ים - creation י finished by the son ם; a pericope of the cross.
year shanah שנה - disguise.
1000 - king

A day (pericope of the cross) is like the king's disguise. We find each day of creation is a picture of the cross.

  1. ± 2Pe 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Aleph - the unspeakable name []

The aleph א contains the unspeakable name of God when broken down to a vav and yods: יוי ee-oo--ee, which sounds like Yahweh. It is unspeakable because the aleph is a silent letter. Yahweh is not unspeakable; it is the name God told Moses to use. [1]

  1. ± Ex 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM יהוה: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
