John conceived six month's earlier [∞]
The conceptions of John and Jesus were six months apart, diving the year into two parts. If Jesus is the "Morning star" it makes John the "Evening star". John preached repentance going into the darkness, a time of grace, as he introduced Jesus. Jesus taught mercy and love coming into the light, a time of holiness. In the darkness the small lights still proclaim holiness. In the day, the shadows proclaim grace. (bgw| Ge 1:14-19 }})
