Moses did not write Genesis []

We are told that Moses wrote Genesis by Jews who rejected Christ. There is evidence that it was written by eye-witnesses and they they even signed their work.

The idea that Moses wrote it creates doubt about the Word of God. How did Moses know what to write; he was not there to observe the events. This creates the 'magic knowledge' mythos. It permits others to claim they heard specific knowledge about something with no evidence. Joseph Smith and Brigham Young claim such direct knowledge from God.

Even Jesus did not require direct knowledge since he had the scriptures that spoke of him. He did not see Adam and Noah, but himself in them all. He saw messages from the Father in the events that surrounded him, and he joined in to complete the messages of the cross in them.
