UC: Generate Terminology page [∞]
User
- When I hover a Hebrew word on a page, a popup gives me pronunciation, brief definition based on lemma, link to Word study.

- Hover over Hebrew letters
- When I browse to the Terminology page, I can use it as a dictionary.

- When I author a page I need not add markup to Hebrew words
- I can follow a broken link in a stubbed page created by the popup to add content.

- The Terminology word list is a unique list of words from the text of the Hebrew.
- The Terminology page will be alphabetized.
- The Terminology page will have headers so that a TOC is autogenerated to facilitate lookups.
