Alphabet (Jesus loves me) []

Verse 1:

God spoke, He made the heav'ns and earth,
Revealed His greatness, to man, His worth.
He loved them, drew them near to Him,
With a command, all must listen in.
Verse 2:

They did not know His holy ways,
But He led them through the days.
He called them, as a bride to be,
When they understood, they could see.
Verse 3:

Through the marriage, new life began,
A new creation, all as one.
The Son of God came to teach,
The Father’s promise, within our reach.
Verse 4:

The Father’s promise, He did send,
The Son of Man, to heal and mend.
He fulfilled the truth and light,
By becoming flesh, He made us right.
Verse 5:

He spoke in parables, stories bright,
Exchanged our darkness for His light.
The Son of God died, then rose again,
To show His glory, cleansed our sin.
Verse 6:

His word returned, it grows and spreads,
His work brings life, not just the dead.
The Son of God died, rose with might,
Finished His works, brought us light.
Verse 7:

The Son of Man died, restored by grace,
Prophecy fulfilled, He took our place.
Now in peace, we rest with Him,
Co-heirs with Christ, our hope won’t dim.
Chorus:

Praise with the letters, one by one,
From creation’s dawn to the Father's Son.
Each letter tells of God’s great love,
As we praise His heart above.
