The resume []

In business, an employer attempts to make informed hiring choices to match the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees with those required by the business in various positions.

In our analogy, the guide is the employer. The hero is the employee. The employee will submit a resume to assist the guide in quickly knowing the knowledge, skills and abilities of the heroes, for the purpose of customizing challenges to the interests of the heroes.
