The book marketer told me I needed to make a video of me reading the book. I made five them to break it up a bit. I took them down today. Apparently I was supposed to read them out loud 😜
Actually there was a technical difficulty with the sound, so I'll redo them. Recording locally adds hours to production, so I was hoping just to stream and record. Oh well.
The Bible study series is not a prepared lecture. It is just me talking about the scriptures. I am sure it is boring as hell, though some think that will be a fun place.
The purpose of the series is to capture my studies. One guarantee is that I do not merely repeat what others have said for 2000 years. It is all original observations that pop out of using the First Century hermeneutic.
I am starting with Genesis. I am happy to do videos answering specific questions if you can't wait for me to get to your scripture of interest.
Meanwhile, "Creepy Crunchies" is done and just needs posted to Amazon. I started "Tempting Tree" but have split that into two books, the other being "Big Beginning" to cover the first creation account. Work on the study Bible technologies continue.
I used to do development on the live web pages, now I have a development server in my basement. I can push finished works to the live sites. I also use it for my memory, since it is not public. It is very useful for project plans, daily schedules, names of grandchildren, etc. when I can remember where I put the bookmark.
We're thinking about a trip to So.Cal the beginning of August. If you have a place I might teach a day or two, let me know.
