Advent Dec 11 - Lk 1:70 []

± Lu 1:70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:

Remember thos rabbis who practiced the doctrine of Balaam? The thought they were the blessed of te Lord and seeded doctrines into what they shared with other nations so that God would not bless them also.

It is easy to pass over evidences of this. Where do we get the idea that Genesis was written by Moses? It started with the rabbis, who passed it on the the Greek Pharaoh when they translated the Septuagint.

Genesis has the signature lines of the eye-witnesses to the accounts. They lead us to believe that it was written by someone who could not have known.

It was written on tablets and passes father to son down to Jacob who gave it to Joseph. He put it in Pharaoh's library. Moses was raised in Pharaoh's house and took a copy on papyrus into the wilderness.

Prophecy did not start with Moses. It started when the world began.
