Some think this is a contradiction since Jesus said 'praise' and the original Psalm says 'strength'.  <ref>https://www.ancient-hebrew.org/matthew/matthew-21-16-and-psalm-8-2.htm </ref>

Jesus was completing the prophesy, not contradicting it.

'Strength' is עז and 'praise' is עלז.  Praise is the strength ע()ז of teaching (ל).

Ordained  -יסדת - finished ס the revelation of life ת through the command ד (perfected).
